Doctor Strange : Deadpool, played by Ryan Reynolds, might have shown up in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. The movie, starring Benedict Cumberbatch, came out last week and had a good start at the box office. However, the earnings have gone down, and the film has made $532,550,256 globally so far.

Some of these happened, while others didn’t. Just before the movie premiered, a big cameo from John Krasinski as Mr. Fantastic was revealed.
They thought about having Deadpool, played by Ryan Reynolds, show up in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. In case you didn’t know, the actor is set to make his first appearance in the Marvel Cinematic Universe in the third movie of his superhero series. There were reports that the wise-cracking character would make his first appearance in the film led by Benedict Cumberbatch.
If you watched Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, you’d know Deadpool didn’t make an appearance. But the writer, Michael Waldron, confirmed it wasn’t just gossip – they did think about having Ryan Reynolds in Doctor Strange 2. However, they decided against it because it didn’t feel like the right fit.
In an interview with Comicbook, Waldron mentioned, “Yeah, we discussed it. We talked about everything for this movie. So, [it] would’ve been crazy not to bring that up, but in the end, it just didn’t feel like… It didn’t feel right. But yeah, we definitely talked about it.
Honestly, squeezing Deadpool into Doctor Strange’s Multiverse of Madness story would’ve been tricky. It’s probably better that Ryan Reynolds didn’t show up, even though it might have made the movie more interesting. They didn’t want his appearance to seem forced.
